Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies Thank you for choosing our in-home photo studio! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review our policies below. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. One-time rescheduling is allowed with proper notice, subject to availability. Arrival Time Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without a price adjustment. Guest Limit Due to space and safety considerations, each booking includes up to 2 guests. Additional guests may be added (up to a maximum of 8 total) for an extra fee. Studio Care As this is a home-based studio, we kindly ask guests to treat the space with care. Any damages to equipment, props, or the space may be subject to repair or replacement fees. Children Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. Food & Drinks Food and drinks are limited to designated areas only. Please help us keep the studio clean and photo-ready. Liability By booking a session, you agree that the studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Photo Usage We may use select images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your session. Respect & Conduct We strive to create a welcoming, respectful environment. We reserve the right to end a session without refund if behavior is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
